Tradition and Territory

Known as the Belvedere del Piceno, Ripatransone boasts an unequalled view that extends from the Gran Sasso to the Sibillini Mountains, from Conero to Gargano, to the Dalmatian coast.
The center looks medieval in the urban system, with Renaissance and Baroque buildings, notwithstanding the noble palaces dating between the early and the late eighteenth century, mainly visible along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, the main axis that crosses the city from south to north. In the most popular neighborhoods there are numerous streets and lanes, including the one that boasts the guinness of the narrowest of Italy: 43 centimetres. The gastronomy is genuine and tasty: the typical dish of ciavarro is made up of legumes and cereals.

In the territory of Ripatransone, DOC wines are produced, such as Falerio dei Colli Ascolani, Rosso Piceno and Rosso Piceno Superiore, and DOCG Offida wines (Rosso, Passerina and Pecorino) as well as Extra Virgin olive oil.

Organic Cultivation

In every bottle, RipaWine tells a story of passion for wine, land and work, from grape-growing to the emotion of tasting.
The organically cultivated vineyards cover several hilly areas from 200m to 400m asl. This allows us to take advantage of the benefits deriving from the different microclimates on the aromatic potential and the varietal characteristics of the vines.
Organic wines with low sulphite content and typical variety flavours at their best.
